Other places I've lived: Waukegan, Illinois (1982-1986), Oxford, England (August to December, 1985), Milwaukee, Wisconsin (1986-1988), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1988-1990), Chicago, Illinois (1990-1994) Current address:Nakano-ku in Tokyo, Japan.
