Arashiyama Monkey Park in Kyoto

This is the entrance to the Money Park
in Arashiyama on the outskirts of Kyoto.

The monkeys run around freely
on the side of the mountain.

At the top, there's a feeding station
where you can see the monkeys up close.
You can feed them, but only from inside a fence.
The monkeys reach in and grab the food.

We saw this sign while walking through
the monkey park. Ralph and Sally
said that clearly, this sign means
"Don't pour water on your puppy."

(It actually says something like,
"Let's protect the mountain greenery from fire.")
