Welcome to the International Friendship Football League. The IFFL has been promoting since 1977 a bridge of communication and friendship among the foreign amateur soccer players and their Japanese counterparts in Tokyo, Yokohama, Chiba, Saitama and surrounding areas. Contacts with our sister-league IFFC (International Friendship Football Club, China/Beijing <http://www.triggerfish.de/iffc/> and other amateur soccer associations in Japan, Italy, Argentina, Chile, The Philippines, etc. enlarge the scope of our movement. We hope to extend our activities related to sports, cultural and recreational fields and strengthen our relationship with amateur soccer fans worldwide.

 

IFFL （インターナショナル ・フレンドシップ ・フォットボール ・リーグ）は1977年に設立されて以来、 東京、横浜、千葉、埼玉などの地域において、在日外国人プレーヤーと日本人プレーヤーとの交流の場として活動してまいりました。 私たちは姉妹リーグであるIFFC （インターナショナル ・フレンドシップ ・フォットボール ・クラブ 中国 - 北京）や世界各地のアマチュアリーグ（日本、イタリア、アルゼンチン、チリ、フィリピンなど）と交流を持つことにより、 その活動範囲を広げてきました。また、スポーツ、文化、そして娯楽分野での活動を広げると共に、世界中のアマチュア サッカーファンとの交流関係を発展させて行くことを望みます。

La IFFL (Liga de Fútbol para la Amistad Internacional) ha venido ejerciendo desde 1977 su propósito principal, es decir, acercar a variadas comunidades de aficionados al fútbol japoneses y extranjeros en Tokio, Yokohama, Chiba, Saitama y áreas de vecindad. Los contactos con nuestra liga hermanada IFFC (Clube de Fútbol para la Amistad Internacional, China - Pekin <http://www.triggerfish.de/iffc/>) y con otras asociaciones aficionadas de fútbol en Japón, Italia, Argentina, Chile, Filipinas, etc. agrandan el alcance de nuestro movimiento. Esperamos ampliar nuestras actividades relacionadas con los campos deportivos, culturales, y recreacionales y consolidar nuestra relación con ellas.

IFFL CENSUS - 2004
Dear Managers - IFFL Season 2004
We reach now the mid-term of our championship 2004. Following the official registration of IFFL into a Japanese corporate last February, and with the authorization by the Japanese authorities to operate as a sports/recreational organization dedicated to serving the Japanese and foreign amateur soccer community in Tokyo and surrounding areas, we could establish a census of participants either at collective level (teams' registration) or at individual level (players' registration).
The census shows an approximate number of 1,580 participants (a figure for league + cup, excluding friendly matches and mini-soccer charity tournaments held in December) for a total of 69 clubs participating in IFFL's events, Season 2004.
Certainly it was a very tedious work, and  this registration at individual level still continues until End of December 2004.
We would like to thank you for your cooperation and expect your management to proceed with transparency and seriousness in this administrative function.
In order to avoid any problem or dispute among participants and with the Organizing Committee, always be provided with a Match Sheet to be filled correctly, signed and handed over to the Main Referee before kick-off.
You must also show your ID Card folder to the Main Referee or the opponent's managers, if requested.
If you have lost your ID Card's folder (this happened to France FC, 1st Div.), we will issue you new ID cards to be used only by players involved in each remaining match. However, be careful to keep safely your documents.

IFFLセンサス2004

IFFL2004年シーズン代表者の皆様

2004年シーズンも約半分が過ぎました。IFFLが2月に日本企業に正式に登録されたことに加え、首都圏の日本人および外国人アマチュアサッカーに貢献するスポーツ／娯楽的組織団体として認定され、私たちは集団的（チーム登録）および個人的（選手登録）なレベルでの参加者のセンサスを作成する事が出来ました。

このセンサスでは、およそ69チーム1,540人の参加者（リーグ戦およびカップ戦で、12月に開催されるチャリティートーナメントは除く。）を対象としています。

センサスの作成は確かに手のかかる作業であり、個人レベルでの登録は2004年12月末まで続きます。

私たちは、皆様のご協力に感謝すると同時に、チーム運営が透明性と真剣さをもって行われていく事を期待します。

参加者間および組織委員間での如何なる問題と論争を避ける為にも、必ず正確に記入され、署名されたマッチシートを試合前に主審判に提出してください。

IDカードのフォルダーも必ず主審判に見せ、必要があれば対戦相手の代表者にも見せなければなりません。

IDカードのフォルダーを紛失した場合には（実際にフランスFCが紛失しました）、新しいIDカードを発行いたします。しかし、書類は大切に保管してください。
