CONDICIONES PARA LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN LA TEMPORADA 2010

1. Un juego de 17 camisas + un juego de chaquetas con enumeración. El juego de uniformes es guardado por el 1r Director y será traído cada vez a los partidos oficiales. Los calcetines y pantalones deben pertenecer a cada jugador.

2. Demuestre una tarjeta para "chusen" (balotaje para lograr canchas) (canchas de fútbol de escuelas/universidades/prefectura). Para las canchas de fútbol, clique en http://www.forplayers.com/soccer.htm
Los miembros que no pertenezcan a la IFFL Chusen Pool (Grupo de Balotaje de la IFFL para reservar canchas) deben ofrecer 4 canchas a su propia liga durante la Temporada 2003. 3. Dos Directores (extranjero + Japonés - que habla/escribe inglés, si posible), y tercer Director (opción) con todos los datos (direcciones, correo electrónico, casa + celular).

4. Cumple con su programa de partidos oficiales (responsabilidad de los equipos) hasta Fines de Diciembre 2003.

5. Obligación de atender (una persona por equipo) la Reunión Anual de los Directores /Auspiciadores en el día indicado. Una recepción se organizará (gratis). Solamente se invitarán los directores de equipos participantes.

6. Para las canchas disponibles "FREE", clique en SCHEDULE, busque globalmente FREE, y consulte a la IFFL para organizar los partidos.

Declaro que nuestro equipo …………………………….. participará en la Temporada 2010 de IFFL con plena observancia de las reglas de la IFFL según lo visualizado actualmente en la Home Page de la IFFL, según lo decidido por la Administración de la IFFL, por la Reunión Anual de los Directores de la IFFL, por el Comité Judicial 2010 de la IFFL. Nuesro equipo no participará en más de dos (2) ligas locales.

Los tres directores designados por nuestro equipo harán su mejor para completar el programa anual de los partidos oficiales de mi equipo en la Temporada 2010 a Fines de Diciembre 2010. Si uno de los tres directores se dimite, designaré a un nuevo director y enviaré su dirección de correo electrónico tan bien como sus números de teléfono a la IFFL.

Acepto que cualquier infracción de las reglas de IFFL por mi equipo o por mis compañeros será juzgada por el Comité Judicial 2010 de la IFFL y los resultados del juicio de deportes serán exhibidos en la página de la Home Page del Comité Judicial de la IFFL.

Declaro que no acercaré a los auspiciadores de la IFFL para ningun asunto relacionado con conflicto técnico, etc. referente al juego de mi equipo en la IFFL. Mi equipo pagará cualquier suma relacionada con el uso de las canchas, el arbitraje, la supervisión, la cancelación, y la coordinación dispuesta por la IFFL.

Nuestro equipo no reclamará contra la IFFL o sus auspiciadores para cualquier daño serio a los bienes o a los individuos que puede ocurrir antes, durante y después de cualquier eventos/partidos organizados por mi equipo o por la IFFL.

Mi equipo se equipará correctamente en cuanto a camisas, pantalones y calcetines en cada partido organizado por la IFFL, y acepta que una pena financiera se aplicará a mi equipo o a nuestros jugadores, en caso de infracción de las reglas.

Enviaré todas las transacciones con los directores de los equipos opuestos mientras que se envia los datos en modo Cc: IFFL, e se informará regularmente sobre los resultados de mi equipo para actualización en el Web Site de la IFFL.

Cooperaré con el Comité Judicial de la IFFL para cualquier información necesaria pedida por el Comité.

Entiendo que cualquier abuso de los datos de la IFFL, de la lista de direcciones correo electrónico, o del material relacionado a la organización de la IFFL será penalizado seriamente y acción legal se puede tomar por la administración de IFFL en caso de violación de las reglas de la IFFL y daño a su interés. Nosotros, Jugadores y Directores de los equipos no procuraremos problemas en el desarrollo normal de la liga, o dañar el interés de la organización de la IFFL.

We declare that our team …………………………….. will participate in IFFL Season 2010 with the full compliance of the IFFL’s Rules and decisions as displayed presently in the IFFL web site, or of those to be displayed during Season 2010, as decided by the IFFL Administration, the Yearly Meeting of IFFL’s Managers, the IFFL Judicial Committee 2010. My team will not participate in more than two (2) local leagues.

We declare that we read carefully the IFFL Rules as displayed in Rules05ENG.htm & http://home.att.ne.jp/sun/iffl/rules08JP.htm and that we understand them correctly, and our team's management as well as our team's mates and supporters will abide by the said rules faithfully.

The three managers appointed by our team will do their best to complete the yearly schedule of official matches of my team in Season 2010 by End of December 2010. If one of the three Managers resigns, we will appoint a new manager and send his e-mail account as well as his phone number(s) to IFFL.

We accept that any breach of IFFL Rules by our team or by our team-mates will be judged by the IFFL Administration and/or Judicial Committee 2010 and the results of sports judgment will be displayed in the page of the Judicial Committee in the IFFL web site at .

We declare that we will not approach the IFFL Sponsors for any matter related to technical dispute, etc. concerning the performance of my team in IFFL.

All our players are provided with an insurance policy against (sports) injuries, and the IFFL Administration and its Sponsors, Officials, Volunteers, and Referees, are not accountable for injuries, even fatal, that our team's players may suffer before, during, and after each IFFL's event.

Our team will settle any fee or debt to the IFFL Administration as well as to other teams, related to pitches, refereeing, supervision, cancellation, and coordination arranged by the IFFL Administration acting as coordinator of the IFFL Chusen Pool, an IFFL organization of volunteers independent from the IFFL Administration.

Our team will abide by the rules of the IFFL Chusen Pool, as indicated in http://home.att.ne.jp/sun/iffl/ifflchusenpool09.htm, and we understand that the "chusen" cards under our team's name belong to the said Pool and cannot be given back to our team.

Our team will not claim against IFFL or its Sponsors for any serious damage to property or to individuals that may occur before, during and after any events/matches organized by our team or by the IFFL Administration within the IFFL.

Our team will be equipped properly as for shirts, pants and socks at each match organized by IFFL, and will accept that a financial penalty will apply to our individual players or team, if we breach the rules.

We will send all transactions with the opponent team’s managers and will reply punctually while Cc: IFFL, and will inform regularly about the results of my team for updating in the IFFL web site. We will not use (or transfer to Third Parties or outsiders) e-mail addresses or home/office addresses/phone numbers belonging to IFFL participants or officials, in separate or collective form, that may be disclosed to us or our team's managers/players during transactions within IFFL, for purposes that are contrary to the simple transactions or communications intra-IFFL for recreational/sporting and soccer activities, in failure of which we ourselves or our team, taken individually or collectively, will be subject to penalization or even legal pursuit, if the case arises.

We understand that any harassment through e-mail transactions we or our team's mates would indulge in with the IFFL Administration or with the other IFFL participants will result in a judicial sentence. Cases of serious on-line (e-mail) may be subject to legal pursuit in accordance with the Japanese Laws.

We will fill with honesty and reliability the Match Sheet downloaded from my Team's IFFL web site before any kick-off and will deliver it to the Main Referee. If our team has a claim, we will write down on the same Match Sheet at the end of the match, to be delivered to the Main Referee, or we will send my claim through fax to the IFFL Administration at limiting our claim to 100 words. Beyond the limit of one (1) day after the match (Ex. game on Sunday, then the claim must be sent on Monday), we understand that our claim will be rejected.

We will cooperate with the IFFL Judicial Committee and IFFL Administration for any necessary information requested by the Committee and/or IFFL Administration and will bring or have a defaulting member of our club attending any hearing requested by the IFFL Administration or the Judicial Committee. In failure of the defaulting individual or collective party(ies) to appear to a hearing in the office of the IFFL Administration, our team and management may be subject to legal pursuit in view of solving any damage caused to third parties, participants in Season 2010,

If our club maintains a Web Site, we will ensure that any literature, graphic description or data will be accurate, with the full respect to the IFFL Organization(s), IFFL's Sponsor(s), individual(s) and we will amend the contents of our Web Site in case of justified claim by the concerned parties. Under no circumstances will we publish articles, literature or image that go against the interest, integrity, or the good image of the IFFL, its Sponsors, Referees/Officials/Supervisors/Volunteers or Opponent Teams.

If we maintain a club's web site, then our web manager's name (or any other substitution during Season 2010) and e-mail address must be indicated to the IFFL Administration, and the latter must follow the IFFL Administration's instructions in the use of IFFL data. We take notice that any publication in the Internet or through multiple-party e-mailing undertaken by my team(s) or registered team's members, that are deemed  offensive, libeling, malicious, or defaming by the IFFL Judicial Committee or the IFFL Administration versus other individual or collective participants, sponsors, referees involved in IFFL, the same IFFL Administration, in Season 2010 will be judged and penalized. A legal action may be taken by the IFFL Administration to remove such offense.

We will cooperate with the official matches' scheduling by the IFFL Administration and will give a priority to it with respect to any other non-IFFL sporting organization(s), in failure of which our team will be penalized.

We understand that any abuse of the IFFL data, mailing list, material related to the organization of IFFL, and infringement of the IFFL's rules or damaging actions deemed by the IFFL Administration as contrary to the interest of our Association shall be severely penalized and legal pursuit may be taken by the IFFL Administration, if needed. We, the Players and Managers of teams shall not attempt to cause disruption in the normal development of the league, or damage the interest of the IFFL's Organization.

Before starting our Championship, all debts or financial settlements of the previous season with the IFFL Administration, Ground Administrations, IFFL Chusen Pool, referees, and Opponent Teams, as displayed in http://home.att.ne.jp/sun/iffl/ifflchusenpool09.htm  will be extinguished. Failure to settle undue amount to the IFFL Administration, to other participants, referees, or any third-party involved in the IFFL Season 2010 may be dealt in legal manner to solve the said problem, before the starting of the new season. A team that fails to settle their undue amount will be denied a participation in the following season.

If our team is awarded a trophy, we will send a representative to the IFFL Awarding Ceremony at the beginning of the year (February~March), in failure of which our trophy will be cancelled.

チームによって任命された３人の代表者は、2010年12月末までにシーズン2010の全試合を終了させる為に最善を尽くします。万が一３人の代表者のうち１人が辞めた場合、新しい代表者を任命し、メールアドレスおよび電話番号をIFFLに通知致します。

私達のチームは、IFFL執行部によって企画された試合にシャツ、ソックス、パンツを毎回きちんと準備します。また、規則を違反した場合には、選手個人あるいはチームに金銭的な処罰が課される事を受諾致します。

私達は、対戦相手チームの代表者との取り決めをＥメールにて行い、ＣｃモードでIFFLに返信します。また、私達のチームの対戦結果をIFFLのウェブサイトに反映させる為、常時IFFLに通知致します。私達は、IFFLの参加者および役員の所有するＥメールアドレス、自宅／会社の住所および電話番号を不正に使用（または第三者への漏洩）しません。これらの情報は、娯楽／スポーツおよびサッカーの為の連絡手段としてIFFL内部で使用する事を目的としていることを理解し、不正に使用した事が明らかになった時には厳しく罰せられ、法的措置をとられることもあることを理解します。

私達または私達のチームメイトがＥメールでの取り決めの中で、IFFL執行部または他の参加チームに対して嫌がらせ行為をした場合には、審理の対象となることを理解します。

私達は、毎試合前にIFFLのウェブサイトからダウンロードしたマッチシートを正直且つ正確に記入し、主審判に提出致します。異議がある場合には、試合後マッチシートに100字以内で記入し、IFFL執行部にFax（03-3453-2677）にて送信します。試合後1日以上が経過した場合には、私達の主張が却下される事を認めます（例：日曜日に試合が行なわれた場合には月曜日まで）。

私達は、IFFL審判委員会またはIFFL執行部による、必要な情報の要求に応じます。また、IFFL執行部またはIFFL審判委員会から事情聴取の要求を受けた時には、該当する選手を出席させます。

私達のチームがウェブサイトを作成する際は、組織および個人を尊重し、全ての文章、図、データが正確である事を保証致します。もし、関係団体が正当な要請をしてきた場合には、その内容を修正致します。IFFLの概念、スポンサー、審判、役員、監督者、有志者および対戦相手チームを中傷するような記事や画像は掲載致しません。

私達のウェブサイト上では、記述内容およびデータをIFFL以外の団体のものとは別の物とし、ウェブ上のリンクから常時更新されているIFFLのウェブサイトへリンク致します。

私達のウェブサイト管理者（もしくは、シーズン2010期間中の代理）の氏名およびＥメールアドレスはIFFL執行部に必ず通知します。IFFLのデータを使用する際には、必ずIFFL執行部の指示に従います。

私達は、IFFL執行部による公式試合のスケジュールに協力します。IFFL以外の団体活動に参加している場合でも、IFFLの活動を優先致します。IFFLのスケジュール消化に協力的でない場合には罰則を受けることを理解します。

私達は、IFFLのデータ、メーリングリスト、および、IFFLの組織に関する資料を悪用した場合、厳しく罰せられ、IFFLの規則に違反しIFFLの利益を損なったとしてIFFL執行部が法的措置をとることができることを理解します。我々選手およびチーム代表者はリーグの正常な発展を妨害したり、IFFL組織の利益を損なうようなことは致しません。

シーズンが始まる前に、IFFL執行部、グラウンド本部、IFFL抽選プールおよび対戦相手チームへの負債および支払いは完済致します。

私達のチームがトロフィーを授与される事になった場合、私達は年始（２～３月）に開催されるIFFL表彰式に代表者を出席させます。もし、欠席した場合には、トロフィーを剥奪されることを理解します。
