THE TEN GOLDEN RULES

1/ I will always perform a warm-up and a 10-min-recovery when I am engaged in sports activities.

2/ I will drink 3 to 4 cups of water (best Pocari Sweat) every 30 min during training or competition.

3/ I will avoid intense activities in case of external temperatures lower than – 5° or higher than +30° and in case of maximum pollution.

4/ I will never smoke 1 hour before or 2 hours after a sporting session.

5/ I will never consume doping substance and I will avoid generally self-medication.

6/ I will not practice intense sporting activities if I have fever, nor during 8 days following a flue (in case of fever + aches)

7/ I will submit myself to a medical evaluation before resuming an intense sports activity if I have more than 35 years for the men and 45 years for the women.

8/ I will inform my doctor about any pain in my chest or abnormal breathlessness occurring with the effort *

9/ I will inform my doctor about any cardiac palpitation occurring with the effort or right after the effort *

10/ I will inform my doctor any uneasiness occurring with the effort or right after the effort *
* Whatever my age, my levels of training and performance, or results of a preceding cardiologic evaluation.

競技規則05/Rules for each IFFL Match (official/friendly)：

－新規に選手を登録する際には、土曜日までにＩＦＦＬ執行部に連絡し、該当選手の氏名および情報を送信して下さい。該当選手は試合当日に登録料を支払い、代表者に領収書をお渡しします。

－マッチシートは必ず確認して下さい。新規に選手が登録されている場合には、ＩＦＦＬ執行部までご連絡下さい。

－ＩＦＦＬシーズン2005の試合では、プリントアウトされ、主審判に手渡されたマッチシートに氏名が登録されている選手のみが競技に参加することを許可されます。マッチシートに遺漏があった場合には、1,000円の罰金が課され、試合開始までに支払わなければなりません。

－試合会場には、遅くともキックオフの30分前までには到着するようにしてください。

－グラウンドオーナー（先に指名されたチーム）は競技場の準備（フラッグの設置、ライン引き等）をしなければなりません。

－試合前までにＣＭＴおよび追加料金を主審判に支払って下さい。必ずレシートを受け取るようにしてください。

－試合前日にマッチシート2006をウェブサイトの各チームのページからダウンロードし、正確に記入してください。そして、試合開始前に主審判へ提出してください。

－全選手は各自のユニフォームを着用してください。１枚のユニフォームを複数の選手で共用することは禁止されています。

－試合終了時には、主審判と共にマッチシートの完成させてください（得点－イエロー／レッドカード－要求事項（必要な場合のみ）。シーズン2005では、試合前後にマッチシートに要求事項を記載しなかった場合、ＩＦＦＬ執行部は、その要求事項は処理致しません。

－ユニフォームの色が重なってしまった場合には、グラウンドオーナーのチームが優先権を有します。しかしながら、試合前日までに極力お互いのユニフォームの色を確認するようにしてください。ウェブサイト上の対戦相手チームのページからユニフォームの色を確認することが出来ます。

－脛当ての着用は、全選手必須です。

-  For new players to be registered, please contact IFFL Administration before Saturday and send his (their) full name/data. They will pay their registration fee on the day of the game and your management will receive a receipt.

- All Masters players must be provided with ID cards indicating their age.
- Please check your respective Match Sheet, and in case of new registration of player(s), contact IFFL Administration.
- Only registered players whose names are displayed in their respective Match Sheets to be printed out and delivered to the Main Referee are allowed to take part in IFFL matches Season 05. A penalty of 1000 yen will be levied and paid before kick-off in case of omission of Match Sheet.
-  Be at least 30 minutes in advance with respect to the kick-off time.
- The Ground Owner (1st nominated team) must prepare the pitch (put the flag, trace the lines, etc.)
-  Pay your CMT and additional payment to the Main Referee before the game. Always ask for a receipt.
-  Download one day before the match your 2006 Match Sheet from your respective team web site page and fill it correctly, then give it to the Main Referee, before kick-off:
- All players must wear each their own shirt (prohibition to share one shirt).
- At the end of the match, complete the filling of your match sheet together with the Main Referee (scorers - yellow/red card - complaint, if any. In Season 2005, if you do not write your complaint in the Match Sheet after the game (or before), then we will not process your complaint.
-  In case of conflict of shirt's color, the Ground Owner has the right to wear their own color. But this should be handled one day before the match. Countercheck your color by surfing your opponent's web page.
-  All players must wear their shinguards.
