JAPANESE AMATEUR SOCCER REFEREES/PLAYERS ASSOCIATION (JASRA/JASPA) - Established in 1997

JASPA/JASRA has been established in 1997 as a section of IFFL's organization for the promotion of soccer events, activities related to soccer, and divulgation of amateur soccer in Japan. This section allows Japanese and foreign players/referees to participate in IFFL amateur soccer events, forum, cultural and recreational activities related to soccer through the IFFL's organization. If you are interested in organizing soccer events with an international character, please contact IFFL.

- Japanese and foreign players living in Japan can open forum/seminars organized by IFFL and dedicated to certain subjects pertinent to the Japanese amateur soccer world, on the technical point of view.

- Japanese players and referees can find contact with other players/referees in the world with the help of IFFL's World Network (under preparation) through the Internet.

- JASRA/JASPA can plan trips to Beijing, and other sites in North and South Asia, as well as in Western Europe, to compete with local amateur teams, with the participation of Japanese/foreign amateur clubs.

- JASRA/JASPA proposes to open a forum for debates on the Japanese referees/players' condition, with the hope to contribute in the improvement of the soccer environment in Tokyo and its neighbouring areas.

- JASRA/JASPA offers to Japanese/foreign referees residents in Tokyo, Yokohama, Chiba, Saitama, and surrounding areas, the possibility to officiate our events (5x5, 6x6, 11x11 soccer for adults [men & women teams, as well as children teams] while enjoying a refund, for a max. number of approximately 300 matches/year including friendly matches. This opportunity of officiating our events allow the local referees to have contact with an international amateur soccer environment.

ASOCIACIÓN DE LOS ÁRBITROS/JUGADORES DE FÚTBOL JAPONESES/EXTRANJEROS(JASRA/JASPA) - Establecida en 1997

JASPA/JASRA se ha establecido en 1997 como sección de la organización de IFFL para la promoción de los eventos y actividades relacionadas con el fútbol, y para el fomento del fútbol (11 y 5 por lados) para los aficionados en Japón. Esta sección permite que los jugadores y los árbitros japoneses y extranjeros participen en eventos de fútbol de la IFFL, en sus foros, en sus actividades culturales y recreacionales relacionadas con el fútbol a través de la organización de IFFL, construyendo así un puente entre los jugadores/árbitros locales y extranjeros. Si usted está interesado a organizar eventos de fútbol con nuestra asociación con un carácter internacional, por favor entre en contacto con nosotros.

- Los jugadores japoneses y extranjeros que viven en Japón pueden conducir foros/seminares organizados por la IFFL y dedicados a ciertos temas pertinentes al mundo "amateur" japonés de fútbol, en el punto de vista técnica y recreacional.

- Los jugadores y árbitros japoneses pueden entrar el contacto con los otros jugadores y árbitros en el mundo con la ayuda de World Network de la IFFL (mediante el Internet, en preparación).

- JASRA/JASPA puede planear viajes a Beijing, Santiago, y Roma, así a otros sitios de America Latina, Asia del Sur, Europa Occidental, para competir con los equipos "amateur" locales, con la participación de clubes "amateur" locales y extranjeros .

- JASRA/JASPA propone abrir un foro para discusiones sobre la condición de los árbitros y jugadores japoneses, con la esperanza de contribuir en la mejora del ambiente del fútbol en Tokio y sus vecinas áreas.

- JASRA/JASPA ofrece a los árbitros japoneses y extranjeros residentes en Tokio, Yokohama, Chiba, Saitama, y alrededores, la posibilidad de oficiar nuestros eventos de fútbol (5x5, 6x6, 11x11) de adultos mientras que gozan de un reembolso, para un número máximo de aproximadamente 300 partidos/año incluyendo los partidos amistosos.
