THE TEN GOLDEN RULES
1/
I will
always perform a warm-up and a 10-min-recovery
when I am engaged in sports activities.
2/
I will
drink 3 to 4 cups of water (best Pocari Sweat)
every 30 min during training or competition.
3/
I will
avoid intense activities in case of external
temperatures lower than – 5° or higher than +30°
and in case of maximum pollution.
4/
I will
never smoke 1 hour before or 2 hours after a
sporting session.
5/
I will
never consume doping substance and I will avoid
generally self-medication.
6/
I will
not practice intense sporting activities if I have
fever, nor during 8 days following a flue (in case
of fever + aches)
7/
I will
submit myself to a medical evaluation before
resuming an intense sports activity if I have more
than 35 years for the men and 45 years for the
women.
8/
I will
inform my doctor about any pain in my chest or
abnormal breathlessness occurring with the effort

9/
I will
inform my doctor about any cardiac palpitation
occurring with the effort or right after the
effort *
10/
I will inform my doctor any uneasiness occurring

Welcome to the
International Friendship Football League.
The
IFFL
has been promoting since 1977 a bridge of communication
and friendship among the foreign amateur soccer players
and their Japanese counterparts in Tokyo, Yokohama,
Chiba, Saitama and surrounding areas. Contacts with our
sister-league IFFC (International Friendship Football
Club, China/Beijing
IFFC BEIJING
and other amateur soccer associations in Japan, Vietnam,
Italy, Argentina, Chile, The Philippines, etc. enlarge
the scope of our movement. We hope to extend our
activities related to sports, cultural and recreational
fields and strengthen our relationship with amateur
soccer fans worldwide.

Desde 1977, la IFFL ha estado promoviendo un puente de
comunicación y amistad entre jugadores de fútbol amateur
japoneses y extranjeros en Tokio, Yokohama, Chiba,
Saitama y áreas vecinas. Nuestra hermandad con el Club
de Fútbol Amistad Internacional (IFFC) en Beijing, China

IFFL SEASON 2010 started in the
new 1st D & 2nd D in 11x11 soccer, with each league including 11 teams.
Tokyo Lions (TOL far L) played their 1st official game
in 1st D vs Green G. Triplets (GGT 2nd from L) on Sun. Mar. 7 at Shigaku
Stadium. The result
was 4-1 for TOL. Avrora (AVR center) from Russia without their previous
manager and captain Mikhail Bolotov now back in Russia, won 7-1 vs
Roppongi Drunkards (ROP 2nd from R) in the 2nd D, in which Estudiantes
(EST - far R) is leading thanks to two wins vs Hackers HAK (7-5) and
Golden Rule GOL (4-1).

Roppongi Nightwings (2nd from R) on Sat. Oct. 3 at OI Daiichi. The result
was 7-2 for LOM. Leonardo Bautista Gomez (2nd from L) from Nicaragua was
the main referee in this game. Marko Gonzales (far R) scored 2 goals and
keeping the leadership of the Top Scorer Ranking with 9 goals.

The IFFL AUTUMN CUP 7X7 TOURNAMENT '09 will take place on
Sunday November 8, 2009,
from 5 pm~8.30 pm in Shigaku Stadium [near Shinkoiwa Station]. All
team's members must reach the premises of the stadium at 4 pm. This tournament will take place even
in case of rain.
Registration Fee: 15,000
yen/team (number of participants/team min. 8 players ~ max. 16 players).
League Formula: One league
of 6 teams. Each team will play a total of 5 games vs the other teams. Two
pitches available.

Sid Lloyd. Footy Japan Ltd. disregards the claim
by ITA Co., Ltd.

protection of the interest of our company and in
response to the serious damage suffered by ITA Co.,
Ltd., we therefore decided to proceed with legal
measures, that will be extended also to other parties

the IFFL's infrastructure has been caused by a disloyal
and dishonest IFFL's member implicated in a fraud
and commercial usurpation (namely
Sid Lloyd) (for which a legal examination
is under process), as well as a sudden withdrawal by
British Embassy FC (1st Division 2004) and
Vagabonds FC (2nd Division West League 2004), both
teams long-term IFFL residents and regularly registered
in January 2004.
