Glacier NP - Land of Shining Mountains

Glacier NP would be the last National Park during this trip because I've beenView of a glacier along "Going-to-the-Sun Road" satisfied with National Parks such as Rocky Mountain NP, Badlands NP, Yellowstone NP, Grand Teton NP, and Glacier NP. I could not be so impressed by other National Parks at least until the end of this trip, I think. In addition, it would be the last time when I drive through "Continental Divide." I couldn't count how many Visitor Center at Logan Passtimes I've passed across it.

As might be expected, it was the place that has the most snow, or partly glacier. In addition, it was cold. I thought it was good choice to bring a down jacket. Especially, it seemed a ski resort in winter near Logan Pass. Although its sceneryView of waterfalls along "Going-to-the-Sun Road" was very impressive, I couldn't walk the trail I was looking forward to due to the heavy snow.

The most impressive scenery in Glacier NP was an endless number of water falls. I could see it anywhere along the road. There were no famous waterfalls as Yosemite Falls. However, its number was much larger than that in Yosemite NP. Although entire scenery in Glacier NP was marvelous enough, it was unfortunate that I could not come and see Glacier NP in the early morning. If I could come there in that time, its scenery would have been impressive.
What I Learned Today - "Triple Divide"View of "Triple Divide Peak" along "Going-to-the-Sun Road"
Triple Divide Peak is more than a two-ocean Continental Divide. From its three-sided pyramid, rain and snowmelt travel to three major river systems and enter the Pacific Ocean, Hudson Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. (From a information sign of Triple Divide Peak in Glacier NP)
