2008年6月23日〜7月6日 2008, June 23 - July 6 武蔵野美術大学、西麻布スーパーデラックス、渋谷LE DÉCO Musashino Art University, Superdeluxe, Le déco http://www.ryoikinoyukiki.com  イギリス・ノッティンガム NTSAD (Nottingham Trent School of Art & Design)と武蔵野美術大学との共同プロジェクト『領域の行き来／TRAVERSING TERRITORIES』 は2005年から進行している企画展です。両校の交換留学生を交え、メディア、時空間を含めた広い意味での領域を展開するという実験的な試みは、今回で第 三弾を迎えます。今年は、『接触』というテーマで武蔵野美術大学12号館のビデオアトリエ、西麻布SuperDeluxe、渋谷LE DÉCOでの展覧会及びライブパフォーマンスイベントを開催します。 Traversing Territories is a collaborative project founded in 2005 between Nottingham Trent University School of Art and Design and Musashino Art University. Through the exchange and collaboration of students from both universities, various territories of media, space and time are explored in experimental forms. Andrew Brown Lecture+Performance（課外講座） 6月23日 June 23 4:30pm~6pm 入場無料 Free Entrance Andrew has a long running interest in process, especially in relation to sound and performance. This is manifested in activities  with the music/film group Left Hand Right Hand and solo sonic and performance projects, as well as in critical writing. Andrew will develop during his stay in Tokyo an ongoing project called 'Open City': a series of workshops with students, leading to a barely visible 'performance' in the street or other public space. The performances will explore movement and gesture and the latter might take the form of stillness, running, slow walking and falling. イギリスのアンドリュー・ブラウンは、音と身体を扱うパフォーマンス・アーティストです。＜プロセス＞をキーワードに、グループ（「Left Hand Right Hand」など）やソロの創作活動、また評論活動も行なっています。今度の東京滞在の際は「open city」という、ワークショップやパフォーマンスのプロジェクトを行ない、「止まる」、「走る」、「ゆっくり歩く」、「転ぶ」といった行為を公的空間で （街角など）パフォーマンスとして実験しようとしています。 Tak Tak Tak Left Hand Right Hand

Special guests: 伊東篤宏 Ito Atsuhiro http://www.japanimprov.com/aito/index.html 1965年生まれ。1980年代後半より美術作家として活動を始める。98年から展覧会などでサウンド・パフォーマンスを開始し、インスタレーション作品 と同素材である蛍光灯を使用した自作音具「オプトロン」を制作。数々の改良を加えつつ現代美術側からの音あるいは音楽へのアプローチを続けている。数々の 個展やソロ・パフォーマンスのほかに、爆音エクストリーム・オプチカル・ノイズコア・バンド「Optrum」など、いくつかのユニットでも活動中。最近、 山川冬樹、澤井妙治等とソニーWALKMANのCMを制作 （http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjZFKf3dv8Y）。 Atsuhiro Ito was born in 1965. Ito makes use of fluorescent lighting in the creation of an original musical device called the "Optron". He is active in a number of musical units, one of these is Optrum, an explosively loud "extreme optical noise core band" (CD "Recorded" on Unknownmix/Headz). Ito has done recently collaborations for Sony Walkman commercials with Yamakawa Fuyuki and Sawai Tetsuji (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjlbwX0hZKU).
真鍋大度 + 石橋素 Daito Manabe + Motoi Ishibashi http://www.456.im 真鍋大度 Manabe Daito 既存のメディア、テクノロジーを異なる切り口で捉え直し、独自のアプローチでアート，デザイン、研究開発の領域を問わず活動を行っている。様々なセンサー や入力デバイスから取得した値を解析・変換し、主に音、映像、光を用いたアウトプットを構築する。確固たるプログラミング技術と徹底的なリサーチ、柔軟な スタンスで、ダンサーを始めとしたパフォーマーとのコラボレートや、デザイナー、アーティスト，ファッションブランド、メーカーのコラボレートも多く，国 内外を問わず数多くのプロジェクトに参加している。近年は主にパブリックスペースでの統合的メディア環境の構築にその活動の力点を置く。http://www.daito.ws Born 1976.
