ALL ABOUT THIS HOME PAGE

Welcome to the home page of Filipino communities and organization members who are taking up computer literacy and training courses with focus on communication and information media application. This homepage serves as virtual classroom for learning, for interaction with fellow computer learners, a graduation hall, and a display room for the completed webpage as diploma of every student who completed the training. For this reason this homepage will never be a dormant site but being visited and updated from time to time by students who are required to maintain the site as part of their on-the-job training and as start of being with the society of information and communication.

More than computer skills to be learned, this homepage serves as a learning center and as source of information and communications among communities and organizations all over Japan. We include in the training course the core values of the democratic forms of communication which encourage dialogue and debate that enhances people’s creativity and solidarity ties responsive to peoples need. We encourage people in the homepage to contribute towards building a communication environment that is open to all and founded on respect to human dignity.

This homepage is a distribution hub for information, activities, peer-to-peer counseling, know your rights, women and children issues and more. We only publish articles and digital arts submitted by people living in Japan that worth exposure to the World Wide Web. This is to provide an opportunity for the minority group as we are foreign migrants in Japan to develop an alternative source of information and communication and to strengthen the social, economic and cultural lives of us people and communities.
