It was opened in April, 1998. Mr. Matsushita with a beard like Lutiano Pavarotti, cooks more than 100 varieties of spaghetti. His style is a blend between Italian and Japanese cuisines as well as Italian and Japanese interior decorations. We can see his effort especially in antipasto (hors d'oeuvre).
There is also a variety of wine to go with the dishes. There are Japanese ceramics on the shelves, and tables and chairs which are commonly used in Japanese Soba shops. They have confidence in the taste of the food
and the price is reasonable. |
