Tanabata Festival('98)
The Tanabata Festival has been another attractive scenery in summer at Asagaya since 1954.
It is held through the mall named Pearl Center which is located near Asagaya Station from August 5th to 9th every year. Each shop decorates the bamboo branches beautifully by using their own creative ideas and does a big bargain sale. Both adults and children look forward to seeing it every summer.
It also contributes a lot to the development of the town.
